\n2.推动业务Agent落地，协调出行方向多交易业务Agent的需求与迭代，打通出行服务的完整交易闭环，并对接和业务侧资源; \n3.负责Agent对外输出的基建能力建设，包括外输场景的标准产品架构、账号互通、订单及支付等解决方案设计; \n4.定义AI原生体验方法论，围绕出行生活的场景，以提高交易确定性设计AI场景，沉淀可复用的AI产品体验标准; \n5.数据驱动与闭环，搭建Agent效果评估体系，通过调用成功率、任务完成率、履约转化等指标持续优化，驱动工作流与工具能力迭代; \n6.持续跟踪大模型与Agent领域的前沿进展，结合出行服务业务目标探索新场景，沉淀可复用的Agent平台能力。\n岗位要求 / Requirements\n1.本科及以上学历，2年及以上互联网产品经验，其中至少1年AI/大模型/Agent相关产品经验，有完整从0到1落地并持续迭代的AI项目经历; \n2.深入理解LLM、Prompt Engineering、RAG、Function Calling/Tool Use、Multi-Agent协作、上下文与成本治理等关键概念及其能力边界，能够与算法工程师在架构层面有效对焦;
