While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.\nWhat the Role Entails\nUnder the supervision of senior legal counsel, you will support Tencent Cloud's international legal and compliance matters and gain hands-on experience working in an in-house legal team.\nKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the legal team in advising Tencent Cloud's international business operations.\nConduct legal and regulatory research on matters relating to cloud services, data protection, AI, cybersecurity, and other technology-related regulations.\nMonitor legislative and regulatory developments in the European Union and other relevant jurisdictions, and prepare legal updates and internal briefings.\nAssist in reviewing, drafting, proofreading, and translating commercial contracts and other legal documents.\nPrepare internal legal memoranda, research notes, and compliance guidance.\nOrganize and maintain legal documentation and assist with other legal and compliance projects as needed.\nWho We Look For\nMaster's degree in Law obtained in China or a European jurisdiction, or currently pursuing such a degree.\nStrong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills, with a solid foundation in legal principles.\nGood understanding of the European Union legal and regulatory framework. Prior exposure to technology, data protection, or commercial law is an advantage.\nExcellent working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate with HQ in China.
