This role focuses on driving player awareness, engagement, and growth through integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and deeply familiar with the local gaming market.\nJob Description:Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Thailand market for mobile and PC games.\nSupport go-to-market planning for game launches, updates, seasonal content, and live-service initiatives.\nCoordinate with internal teams (creative, community, PR, product) and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.\nManage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficient and timely execution.\nMonitor campaign performance, player behavior, and market trends, and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.\nEnsure all marketing activities align with global brand guidelines while remaining locally relevant.\nWho We Look For\n3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within gaming, entertainment, or digital industries.\nStrong understanding of mobile and PC gaming audiences in Thailand.\nExperience managing digital and social media campaigns.\nGood analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and insights.\nStrong communication and project coordination skills.\nPassion for gaming and familiarity with live-service games is a plus.\nEqual Employment Opportunity at Tencent\nAs an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
