Level Infinite also provides a wide range of services and resources to our network of developers and partner studios around the world to help them unlock the true potential of their games.\nWhat the Role Entails\nCollaborate closely with partner studios on the development of their AAA games\nHelp define, strengthen, and protect the creative vision, gameplay pillars, and player promise of each project\nProvide creative insight, strategic direction, and actionable feedback to design and leadership teams\nIdentify opportunities to strengthen both individual projects and the broader portfolio of partner studio games\nIdentify creative risks early, and help teams navigate practical trade-offs\nContribute hands-on to game design work when needed, supporting teams directly on key challenges or opportunities\nMentor design leadership and help raise the overall quality bar across partner teams\nTravel regularly to meet and work with teams across Europe, building strong partnerships and identifying where support can have the greatest impact\nWho We Look For\n10+ years of experience in game development\n3+ years in a creative senior leadership role, such as Lead Designer, Creative Director, Game Director, or equivalent\n2+ shipped AAA PC and Console shooter or action games\nStrong experience on at least one shipped online, multiplayer, or live-service title\nDeep understanding of multiplayer systems design across PvP, PvE, and co-op\nStrong knowledge of game economies and monetization models, including free-to-play, battle passes, and live-service content strategies\nProven ability to operate at both strategic vision level and hands-on execution level\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership\nAbility to give clear creative direction while balancing player experience, production realities, and business goals\nAbility to provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback without becoming overly abstract or theoretical\nWillingness to travel and collaborate directly with partner studios across Europe\nLocation State(s)\nPoland-Warsaw\nThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is PLN255,600.00 to PLN433,200.00 per year.
