This role focuses on coordinating marketing campaigns, game launches, and live-service updates by aligning cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing marketing-driven projects in fast-paced environments..\nJob Description:Manage end-to-end execution of product marketing projects, including game launches, updates, live-service campaigns, and seasonal events.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams such as marketing, creative, community, PR, and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely delivery.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for marketing initiatives.\nTrack project progress, identify risks or dependencies, and proactively resolve issues to keep campaigns on schedule.\nSupport product marketing teams by managing deliverables, approvals, and asset readiness across channels.\nEnsure marketing campaigns align with product positioning, messaging, and global and regional brand guidelines.\nLead post-campaign reviews and documentation to capture insights and improve future executions.\nWho We Look For\n3+ years of experience in project management, preferably supporting product marketing, publishing, or campaign-based teams.\nExperience working on marketing campaigns, product launches, or live-service initiatives.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExperience using project management tools is a plus.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products is highly preferred.\nEqual Employment Opportunity at Tencent\nAs an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
