岗位职责：
1、负责数据库服务运维，保障数据库服务高可用和高可靠性，包括数据库日常运维、监控、应急响应、变更管控、运行指标优化、参与高可用架构整改等；
2、负责运维知识库建立和维护；
3、对数据库资源的水位、利用率进行分析优化；
4、开展数据库和存储运维相关技术培训；
任职要求：
1、大学本科以上学历；
2、精通至少一款主流数据库如MySQL、PostgreSQL、Redis、MongoDB或国产化数据库运维；
3、熟悉Linux操作系统和ext4、xfs等文件系统的运行原理；
4、熟悉Shell/Python/Java/Golang/C/C++至少一种语言的编写；
5、熟悉对象存储、文件存储、块存储等存储技术原理，；
6、了解基础网络架构，掌握服务器、网络硬件相关知识；
7、有RAID、元数据、存储QoS、一致性、容错处理、灾备处理经验或Openstack swift/Ceph/HDFS/Gluster/MinIO的维护经验者优先；
8、具有良好的沟通能力，良好的书面和口头表达能力，较高的文档撰写水平。
注：此岗位为客户侧技术服务专家岗位，需要在客户现场驻场办公
