This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, designing scalable IT solutions, and leading operational improvements. The ideal candidate will take ownership of local and regional IT support activities, architect IT infrastructure and workplace solutions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that combines IT operations, systems design, and expertise in enterprise collaboration tools.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDelivering senior-level hands-on IT support across hardware, software, and networking in a dynamic work environment.\nAct as atechnical solution architect for regional IT infrastructure, onboarding processes, collaboration tools, and endpoint strategies.\nLead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis across systems, providing mentorship to contractors.\nDesign and implement IT solutions that align with global standards and local office requirements\nProvide day-to-day on-site and remote support to users across offices (Windows/MacOS laptops, monitors, printers, conference system)\nPartner with Global IT, Information Security, and workplace teams to support office expansions, hardware refresh projects, and IT process optimization. Develop and implement best practices for IT operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.\nMaintain and manage local IT infrastructure: WiFi, Printers, AV equipment, access Control, \nCoordinate with global IT teams on system rollouts, upgrades, and issue resolution.\nTrack, manage, and maintain IT hardware assets, including procurement, inventory control, forecasting, lifecycle management, and decommissioning. Maintain accurate IT asset records, operational logs, and generate reports as needed.\nEnsure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user computing devices.\nManage the IT provisioning and de-provisioning process for employees, including account creation, hardware allocation, and access management.\nProvide technical support to end users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure timely resolution through IT service management processes.\nWork closely with HR, IT Security, and other teams to streamline IT-related processes and improve user experience.\nCoordinate with external vendors for IT equipment procurement, service agreements, and maintenance contracts.\nEnsure IT systems and processes comply with company security policies and regulatory requirements.\nWho We Look For\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or a similar role.\nStrong knowledge of IT asset management, IT service management (ITSM), and IT operations best practices.\nExperience with onboarding/offboarding processes and identity/access management tools.\nProficiency in managing Windows and macOS environments, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nExperience with icrosoft 365 (M365) and Exchange is a plus\nITIL certification is a plus.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in a global IT environment.\nKnowledge of automation tools for IT operations.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based IT infrastructure (AWS, Google Workspace, etc.).\nWhy Join Us?\nWork in a dynamic and collaborative environment.\nOpportunity to enhance IT service delivery processes.\nBe part of a growing team that supports global IT operations.\nEqual Employment Opportunity at Tencent\nAs an equal opportunity employer, we firmly believe that diverse voices fuel our innovation and allow us to better serve our users and the community.
