WXG is also responsible for the development and operation of QQ Mail, WeRead and other products.\n\nResponsibilities\nMonitor system health, service performance, and operational metrics using monitoring and observability tools; support the development and maintenance of monitoring,dashboards,metrics,alerting,and related platform components.\nDevelop and maintain backend services and platform features related to monitoring and operational capabilities, and contribute to enhancements and continuous improvements within existing systems.\nSupport resource requests, allocation, configuration, and monitoring for data platform and infrastructure resources; perform routine maintenance to ensure platform stability and reliability.\nPerform first-line troubleshooting of common platform and infrastructure issues using logs, metrics, monitoring tools, and established SOPs; resolve routine issues where possible and escalate complex or high-impact issues to senior engineers.\nWork with business and technical stakeholders to understand resource requirements, support appropriate configurations, and communicate operational issues and potential risks clearly.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n1–4 years of experience in backend development, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, data platform, or related technical roles.\nBasic to intermediate experience in backend development using at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or similar.\nExperience or familiarity with system monitoring, metrics, logging, alerting, or production troubleshooting.\nAble to troubleshoot technical issues systematically using logs, metrics, monitoring tools, and SOPs.\nGood analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nFluent Mandarin communication skills for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and technical teams.\n\nGood to Have\nHands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana, or similar monitoring and observability tools.\nExposure to data platforms, distributed systems, and large-scale data storage or computing clusters.\nExperience with DevOps, SRE, cloud infrastructure, scripting, or automation.\nExperience with Kubernetes, Docker, or
