experience in healthcare data analytics, with a focus on hospital quality measurement, clinical outcomes, or performance improvement\n- Experience working with Medicare claims (MedPAR, Standard Analytic Files) and CMS public reporting data (e.g., Care Compare, Provider Data Catalog)\n- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership or customer executives\n- Hands-on experience with one or more national quality rankings or ratings programs, such as CMS Star Ratings, USNWR Best Hospitals, Leapfrog, Vizient Quality & Accountability, or CMS value-based programs (HRRP, HAC, VBP)\n- Demonstrated experience leading analytic projects end to end, from scoping through delivery\n- Expertise in business intelligence and data visualization tools, with the ability to set dashboard and reporting standards\n- Experience mentoring analysts and reviewing their work for quality and accuracy\n- Ability to translate ambiguous business and customer questions into clear analytic plans\n- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to executive and non-technical audiences\n- Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis\n- Strong command of statistical methods, benchmarking, and performance measurement\n- Experience in a customer-facing, consulting, or pre-sales analytics role\n- Six Sigma or Lean certification\n- Experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, Plotly/Dash, or similar visualization platforms\n- Familiarity with Jupyter Notebook and collaborative analytics workflows\n- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or
