This role also implies reputation management responsibilities for Webloyalty’s products in the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands.\nResponsibilities\nDaily keyword monitoring and responding to consumers on social and digital channels. Using online reputation management tactics to remove or moderate negative online brand references.\nSupporting the Customer Service team on customer escalations.\nPublishing media material on websites and sharing it on social media channels.\nDeveloping and publishing social media, blog and website content.\nGenerate advocacy for Webloyalty’s associated products by managing social media communities and reach out to relevant influencers.\nSupporting in developing marketing collateral and marketing reports to help position Webloyalty as an expert and thought leader within the retail sector.\nSupporting on other digital marketing tasks including developing FAQs for client websites, issuing email newsletters, running Google Adwords campaigns, promoting sponsored content on social media channels, using tactics to enhance SEO, and using analytics to evaluate and report on key metrics.\nSupporting on trade marketing activity, including organising events, preparing mailings and arranging industry partnerships.\nLooking after administrative tasks - compiling monthly team reporting, recording key metrics, updating task logs and other tasks as required.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in a marketing or communications role is highly beneficial.\nA customer-focused mindset with a grasp of commercial realities.\nCapability to efficiently manage a diverse and substantial workload.\nExceptional copywriting and technical writing skills.\nDemonstrable experience in developing and distributing high-quality marketing content across various platforms (websites, blogs, emails, social media).\nPreferred experience in generating media coverage and working with PR agencies.\nDigital marketing proficiency, specifically in content management, SEO, paid search, email marketing, and analytics.\nWork-Life Balance:\nWe understand the importance of work-life balance.
