This includes identifying opportunities, being involved in solution design, technology selection and integration, and implementation. Specifically, this role will lead the project management components of this work while bringing to bear subject matter knowledge in talent acquisition, HR processes, onboarding, orientation, and labor management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce operations, which may include TA, HR or labor/productivity, process improvement methodologies, and project management.\n Process Optimization & Operational Excellence\nAnalyze current workforce and recruitment workflows and tools and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.\nDevelop, document, and implement scalable processes to enhance user experience and effectiveness.\nEnsure compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.\nWork cross-functionally with HR, IT, and other departments to improve systems and tools.\nProject Management & Strategic Initiatives\nManage and report out on recruitment and workforce-related projects, such as system implementations, process automation, and reporting enhancements.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights and stakeholder feedback.\nData & Technology Management\nSupport monitoring workforce metrics and KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.\nPartner with HRIS and IT teams to optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS), core HR, onboarding and other systems\nSupport system migrations, integrations, and user training\nStakeholder Collaboration & Support\nServe as a key resource for recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams in process implementation and troubleshooting.\nProvide training and documentation to ensure alignment with updated policies and system\n Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field (an additional 5 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree). High school diploma/GED required. \n2+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR project management, or process improvement\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft products such as PowerPoint, Word, and Visio\nIntermediate proficiency in Excel, including building and analyzing pivot tables and using VLOOKUP functions for data management and reporting\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\nStrong understanding of workforce technology, which can include applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR Technology, or labor/productivity systems\nExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in healthcare recruiting or workforce management environments\nFamiliarity with ATS, CRM, workforce planning, or HR systems\nExperience supporting large-scale change initiatives or system rollouts\nKnowledge of recruiting metrics, workforce analytics, and reporting\nComfortable leading virtual live training sessions, developing clear user guides, and providing end-user support during new process or system launches.\nProject management certification or formal training (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus\nCompensation\nBase pay: $85,250 - $120,000 annually.
