You will be instrumental in building and scaling our platform, working across the entire technology stack from designing robust backend systems to crafting engaging user interfaces. collaboration and community that only in-person work delivers.\nJob Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable backend services and APIs.\n\nBuild and maintain responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.\n\nCollaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to define and implement new features.\n\nWrite clean, well-documented, and testable code.\n\nParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.\n\nTroubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.\n\nContribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools.\n\nStay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.\n\nBe proactive in identifying and solving technical challenges.\n\nQualifications:\nSolid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.\n\nExperience with at least one backend programming language such as Go, Python, or an equivalent.\n\nExperience with at least one modern frontend framework such as Next.js, TypeScript, React, Vue.js, or an equivalent.\n\nExperience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.\n\nAbility to learn new technologies quickly and independently.\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nDesired (While experience in all is not required, any of the following would be a plus):\nExperience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines.\n\nExposure to AI/ML concepts and technologies, such as:\nPrompt Engineering\n\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\n\nSupervised Fine-Tuning (SFT)\n\nVector Databases\n\nExperience working in an early-stage startup environment.\n\nEducation & Certifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nGCP certifications
