Powered by RaeLM™ Tennr reads, extracts, and acts on every piece of patient information so providers can capture more referrals, slash denials, and reduce delays.\nResponsibilities\nOwn employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and internal mobility.\n\nEnsure a world-class onboarding experience that sets new hires up for immediate impact and long-term success.\n\nManage HR systems and data (e.g., HRIS, benefits platforms), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability.\n\nDrive people processes forward by documenting, refining, and improving workflows as the company grows.\n\nPartner with leaders to support performance cycles, feedback processes, and employee development initiatives. Represent People Ops as a trusted, approachable partner across the organization.\n\nSupport compensation and equity administration in close collaboration with leadership and finance.\n\nMaintain benefits programs (healthcare, 401k matching, PTO) and act as a knowledgeable, trusted resource for employees.\n\nEnsure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices while keeping things pragmatic and human.\n\nChampion culture initiatives that reinforce Tennr’s values and strengthen in-office collaboration.\n\nAnalyze people data and surface insights that help leadership make better decisions.\n\nSupport employee relations with discretion, fairness, and strong judgment.\n\nQualifications\n4+ years of experience in People Operations, HRBP, or a similar role, ideally at a fast-paced, high-growth organization\n\nProven ability to run core people processes independently with high attention to detail and a hunger for automation\n\nStrong understanding of benefits administration, HR systems, and employment compliance.\n\nExceptional communication skills\n\nComfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.\n\nA people-first approach balanced with strong business judgment.\n\nExcitement about being in-office and contributing to a strong, collaborative culture.\n\nWhy Tennr?\nDrive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace.
