Because too often specialists and medical services are overwhelmed with referrals and the painstakingly manual process it takes to qualify your referral prevents them from getting around to it on time, or sometimes at all. Tennr prevents these delays and denials by making sure every referral gets where it needs to go, with the right info, at the right time. Powered by RaeLM™ Tennr reads, extracts, and acts on every piece of patient information so providers can capture more referrals, slash denials, and reduce delays.\nRole Description\nWe’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own design for Tennr’s core work surfaces, beginning with Validate and Workspace management, before growing into Patient Hub ownership.\nYou’ll lead work end-to-end: discovery with customers, problem framing, systems-level design, and shipping + iterating closely with PM and engineering. You prototype in Figma and in code, and you optimize for fast learning and real user impact.\nResponsibilities\nOwn design for Validate + Workspace management; improve speed/accuracy for ops users.\n\nTransition into Patient Hub ownership as it scales from GA to daily use.\n\nLead discovery (interviews, shadowing, usability testing) and turn insight into decisions.\n\nDesign scalable patterns for dense, multi-state operational workflows.\n\nIterate quickly from concept → production; test, learn, refine.\n\nReuse and extend Lasso (design system); document new patterns.\n\nCommunicate rationale clearly to teams, execs, customers, and partners.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years product design experience; strong craft on complex desktop web products.\n\nComfortable owning research directly; credible with customers.\n\nSystems thinker (workflows, states, patterns) with strong product judgment.\n\nProven ability to ship, iterate, and make tradeoffs.\n\nDesign-systems experience.\n\nTechnical fluency to collaborate on feasibility and prototype in code.\n\nStrong writing + verbal communication; ownership mindset.\n\nExcited about improving healthcare operations.\n\nWhy Tennr?\nDrive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace.
