Built on ServiceNow, Tenon provides a single solution for marketing teams to execute campaigns, projects, emails, and SMS with speed and at scale.\nDesigned by marketers for marketers, Tenon brings marketing operations onto the same enterprise platform already used by IT, HR, Finance, and Customer Service, enabling organizations to collaborate more effectively and deliver work faster.\nResponsibilities\nConfigure, customize, implement, test, and troubleshoot scoped ServiceNow applications.\nBuild and enhance Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and other platform functionality based on customer and business requirements.\nCreate and maintain import sets, transform maps, data sources, reports, dashboards, and scheduled reports.\nSupport integrations using REST APIs and other standard ServiceNow integration methods.\nParticipate in code reviews and follow established development best practices.\nDocument application designs, technical solutions, customer training materials, and implementation details.\nPartner with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.\nParticipate in customer meetings, workshops, and solution discussions alongside senior consultants.\nTroubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolution during implementations and post-go-live support.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-5 years of experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development or administration experience.\nStrong JavaScript skills and experience working within the ServiceNow platform.\nExperience configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.\nExperience with GlideRecord, JSON, and REST APIs.\nFamiliarity with import sets, transform maps, reports, dashboards, and update sets.\nExposure to integrations with REST, SOAP, or email is preferred.\nComfortable working directly with customers to gather requirements and provide implementation support.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with marketing technology, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools is a plus.\nB2B SaaS experience is preferred.\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
