We really cannot overstate this - you’ll be joining a team of web3 nerds\n\nA generalist with 3+ years of experience working on large-scale, data-intensive apps\n\nExperienced with React, NodeJS, Postgres, Redis and Docker (if you have experience with other modern stacks that’s totally fine too, as long as you’re a fast learner!)\n\nProficient in at least one low-level language (ideally Rust or Go)\n\nBonus points for:\n\nExperience scaling data-rich consumer products, APIs & trading infrastructure to millions of users and O(terabytes) data\n\nExperience building real-time pipelines on AWS (Kinesis, Dynamo, SQS, RDS) and services on Kubernetes\n\nExperience optimizing React apps to handle hundreds of renders per minute\n\nExperience writing smart contracts (Solidity, Solana, or Move)\n\nGood intuition on when to move fast/break things vs when to move carefully\n\nWhat you’ll get:\n\nGenerous ownership & stake in the company.
