This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising information, solving problems, and finding smarter ways to get things done.\nWhat you’ll do\nMonitor project progress, measure project efficiency, and identify opportunities for improvement.\nMaintain project allocation and team availability information to support resource planning.\nDocument workflows, organise our knowledge base, and keep internal information accurate and accessible.\nIdentify repetitive tasks and help build or improve AI-powered automations.\nSupport the administration of company software, subscriptions, and internal tools.\nHelp coordinate onboarding and maintain documentation for people-related processes.\nCollaborate across teams to improve project handovers and operational workflows.\nTrack operational metrics and summarise findings to help the team identify opportunities for improvement.\nWhat you’ll bring\nYou’re studying towards or have recently completed a degree in Information Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field-or can demonstrate relevant practical experience.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAn analytical mindset and curiosity about how processes work and how they could be improved.\nClear communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and confidence in asking questions.\nInitiative, reliability, and a willingness to learn from feedback.\nAn interest in AI, technology, and how businesses operate.\nFamiliarity with spreadsheets and collaborative productivity tools.\nUseful extras\nThese are welcome, but not required:\nExperience with Python, SQL, or automation tools.\nExperience organising events, supporting communities, volunteering, or contributing to a student organisation or entrepreneurial project.\nExposure to project coordination, data analysis, marketing, or process improvement.\nExperience documenting processes or organising shared information.\nWhat you’ll gain\nHands-on experience supporting operations in a fast-moving AI business.\nDirect guidance and regular feedback from our COO.\nOpportunities to contribute meaningful improvements and take ownership of your work.\nExperience collaborating with both technical and business teams.\nCurious about AI and eager to make things work better?
