In this role, you will be the driving force behind our AP cycle, responsible for processing invoices, managing the corporate card program, and overseeing employee expense reimbursements.\nYou will serve as a key point of contact for vendor relations, ensuring accurate, timely invoice processing and proactively resolving billing discrepancies. A critical component of this role involves validating that priority invoices are properly coded and prepped for Treasury’s payment cycles, and that all financial activities are accurately reflected in our ERP system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment, and is committed to maintaining process efficiency, data integrity, and strong internal controls.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInvoice Processing & Financial Operations\nManage invoice ingestion, GL coding, and automated routing via Ramp into NetSuite across subsidiaries.\n\nPerform 2-way/3-way matching against Procurement-generated POs and receipts, resolving discrepancies with Procurement.\n\nIdentify multi-period expenses and build/manage prepaid amortization schedules in NetSuite.\n\nMonitor bill pipelines to ensure priority invoices are fully coded and prepped for Treasury’s payment cycles.\n\nAudit Ramp-to-NetSuite API syncs daily to resolve posting errors and unlinked PO lines.\n\nCorporate Card Administration & Expense Management\nPartner with the Operational Controller and coordinate full day-to-day administration of the Ramp corporate card and employee expense reimbursement programs.\n\nAudit expense reports and card transactions against T&E policies, driving receipt compliance and handling violations.\n\nReconcile monthly card statements and reimbursement ledgers in NetSuite.\n\nMonth-End Close, Compliance & Audit Support\nSupport the Operations Controller on month-end close, including AP aging reconciliations and preliminary expense flux analysis.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for external auditors, owning annual AP audit requests and sample pulling.\n\nLead annual 1099/1042-S tax reporting and maintain vendor contracts in our central platform for audit readiness.\n\nVendor Relations & Reconciliation\nAct as the primary liaison for all vendor inquiries, building and maintaining positive, professional external relationships.\n\nPerform routine reconciliations of monthly vendor statements against the AP aging report, proactively researching missing invoices, unapplied payments, or outstanding credit memos.\n\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\n1-3 years of dedicated accounts payable experience managing a high-volume, full-cycle AP process.\n\nSolid understanding of general accounting principles, invoice coding, accruals, and general ledger impacts.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and internal employees at all levels.\n\nProven ability to manage time effectively and meet strict financial deadlines.\n\nAbility to work Monday-Friday in the Company's Las Vegas office.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate’s degree in accounting, or relevant professional certification.\n\nHands-on experience with modern ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday.\n\nFamiliarity with AP automation and expense management platforms such as RAMP, Airbase, Bill.com, Tipalti, Coupa, Brex, Concur.\n\nExperience operating within a high-growth, fast-paced company environment.\n\nWhat We Offer\nStock Options\n\n100% paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for Employees\n\nCompany Health Savings Account Contributions\n\n100% paid Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance for Employees\n\nLife and Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Options\n\nOther Insurance Options, such as Pet & Legal Insurance\n\nVarious Supplementary Health Benefits, such as discounted Virtual Healthcare Appointments and Serious Illness Support\n\nFlexible Spending Account\n\n401(k)\n\nEmployee Assistance Program\n\nFlexible PTO\n\nPaid Holidays\n\nParental Leave\n\nOther In-Office Perks\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nTensorWave is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
