In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating, governing, and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM) across the company's data center portfolio. This role supports greenfield development, facility expansions, renovations, and AI infrastructure deployments for a neocloud provider. The position establishes and maintains company-wide BIM standards, ensures consistency across projects and design partners, and implements formal model review and approval gates throughout design and construction. The BIM Coordinator works closely with mechanical and electrical engineering teams, architects, consultants, contractors, equipment vendors, and commissioning personnel to ensure coordinated, accurate, and construction-ready deliverables.
