Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a People Operations Intern to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to core People Operations function and mentorship from experienced HR professionals. You’ll receive insight into onboarding, employee relations, internal communications, and HR systems.\nThrough this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to real onboarding and engagement projects that impact the employee experience.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAssist with new hire onboarding end-to-end, including paperwork, welcome materials, orientation scheduling, and first-week check-ins\n\nHelp build and refine onboarding resources (guides, checklists, welcome kits) to create a smoother experience for new employees\n\nSupport employee engagement by helping plan and execute activities, events, and recognition programs\n\nAssist with gathering and analyzing employee feedback (surveys, pulse checks) to help identify ways to improve the employee experience\n\nDraft and distribute internal communications, including company announcements, newsletters, and policy updates\n\nHelp create and update POps templates, process documents, and internal resource pages\n\nLead or contribute to special projects related to culture-building, process improvement, development, etc.\n\nConduct research on HR best practices or compliance topics as needed\n\nHandle sensitive employee information with discretion and confidentiality\n\nWho You Are\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets especially)\n\nA proactive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior internship or coursework in HR is a plus, but not required\n\nFamiliarity with social media platforms and content creation; prior social media experience is a plus.\n\nInternship Information\nPaid Internship\n\nMay - August (12 weeks)\n\nTuesday - Friday, 8 hours\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nTensorWave is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
