We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities.\nWe are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant for a one-year contract to provide high-trust, proactive support to a senior leader at Tenstorrent. This role will help the leader operate effectively by managing priorities, protecting focus time, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring that key commitments move forward.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global technology environment. You will act as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, brings structure to ambiguity, and communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels.In addition to executive support, this role will help coordinate the day-to-day logistics required to keep the Bengaluru site running smoothly. This is an office-based role and will require regular coordination across global time zones.\nThis role is on-site, based out of Bangalore, India.\nWe welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.\nWho You Are\nAn experienced Executive Assistant with 5-8 years supporting senior executives, business leaders, or functional heads, preferably in a fast-paced technology or engineering environment.\nHighly organized, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and work independently with minimal direction.\nA clear, confident, and adaptable communicator who builds trust with stakeholders across functions, levels, geographies, and time zones.\nDiscreet and dependable, with strong judgment, professionalism, and experience using modern productivity, calendar, collaboration, and travel tools.\nWhat We Need\nOwn and optimize a complex executive calendar, protecting focus time, resolving conflicts, and aligning the executive’s schedule with business priorities.\nCoordinate meetings, leadership visits, offsites, and events end to end, including agendas, briefing materials, logistics, decisions, and follow-up actions.\nManage domestic and international travel, executive communications, presentations, vendor relationships, visitor management, and day-to-day site logistics in partnership with relevant internal teams and external providers.\nServe as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion and helping ensure the Bengaluru site operates smoothly and professionally.\nWhat You Will Learn\nHow to operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership in a high-growth AI and computing company.\nHow to optimize executive time, prioritize competing demands, and create focus around the most important business priorities.\nBest practices for coordinating complex meetings, leadership visits, travel, offsites, and cross-functional follow-through.\nHow to improve leadership effectiveness through proactive planning, thoughtful communication, and operational excellence across a global organization.\nTenstorrent offers a highly competitive compensation package and benefits, and we are an equal opportunity employer.\nThis offer of employment is contingent upon the applicant being eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
