Reporting to the Manager of Global Workplace Operations, the successful candidate will utilize Japanese and English fluency to align regional requirements with our international frameworks. This vital role encompasses managing the employee onboarding journey, overseeing financial and spatial resources, and supervising vendor partnerships and snack programs, all while maintaining rigorous local Japanese workplace safety and compliance regulations. Functioning as a Workplace Business Partner, you will drive cross-functional synergy with HR, IT, and Marketing, collaborating with global peers to refine operational consistency and optimize the workplace culture.\nThis role is on-site, based out of Toranomon Hills, Minato City, Tokyo, Japan.\nWe welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role.
