We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities.\nWe are looking for a Solution Architect to serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across India. Based in India, you will work closely with customers, partners, sales, and global engineering teams to understand AI and machine learning workloads, guide technical solution designs, work with internal teams on tokenomics and guide customer discussions, evaluations and deployments, troubleshoot issues across hardware and software, and help customers realize the performance of Tenstorrent’s AI platforms. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that combines hands-on technical problem solving, solution development, and relationship building across the Indian market, with frequent travel to customer sites throughout India and beyond.\nThis role is remote, based out of India.\nWe welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.\nWho You Are\nA customer-focused technical professional who can build trust with application developers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.\nComfortable translating complex AI/ML hardware and software concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nA proactive and self-directed problem solver who can coordinate internal teams, external service providers, and customer stakeholders.\nWilling and able to travel to customer sites for meetings, installations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept delivery.\nKey member for marketing events/trade shows.\nWith 10+ years of relevant experience\nWhat We Need\nExperience as a Solutions Architect, Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer or in a similar customer-facing technical role focused on AI/ML software and hardware.\nStrong Python programming skills and deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow; experience with Generative AI, LLMs, vision models, model deployment, training, or fine-tuning is preferred.\nExperience designing scalable AI solutions and deploying applications in cloud environments, as well as guiding physically installing hardware servers, accelerator cards, and PCIe devices.\nA Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
