But the real perk of working at Tenstreet is being part of a community that values your work, encourages life-long learning and fosters a supportive culture. \nClient Operations Services Coordinator Summary: \nThe Client Operations Services Coordinator position is a part of Tenstreet’s software Operations team and is responsible for providing client support and services within our proprietary systems and our connections to numerous external commercial and government systems. You’ll do this by managing help requests, maintaining records, processing DOT and client-specific compliance-related tasks, and ensuring timely resolution of client and consumer inquiries.
