That means asking the right questions, challenging yourself and others, understanding the real problem and always looking for the most effective solution.\nIn return, this is an opportunity to move into consulting with one of the industry's success stories, learning alongside market-leading SAP EWM subject matter experts and developing your operational experience into SAP EWM, S/4HANA and consulting expertise.\nThe Opportunity\nWorking alongside experienced Tenthpin consultants, you will contribute to major international SAP transformation programmes for some of the world's leading Life Sciences companies.\nThe role offers the opportunity to:\nLearn directly from leading SAP EWM specialists through real project experience.\nBuild expertise in SAP EWM functionality and configuration within S/4HANA.\nBring real-world warehouse experience into the design of better processes and solutions.\nAnalyse business requirements and learn to translate operational challenges into effective SAP solutions.\nGain exposure to testing, implementation, deployment and issue resolution.\nWork with international clients and multidisciplinary project teams.\nDevelop the client-facing and consulting skills required to build a long-term career in SAP EWM.\nYour Experience\nYou will have:\nDemonstrable experience in warehouse operations and logistics.\nPractical experience using SAP EWM, and/or SAP WM or SRM (Stock Room Management) within a live warehouse.\nExperience as an SAP Key User, Super User or experienced operational SAP user would be particularly relevant.\nExperience supporting users, troubleshooting system/process issues or improving warehouse processes.\nExcellent communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.\nA curious, collaborative and solution-focused mindset.\nThe ambition and aptitude to develop a career in SAP EWM consulting.\nGreat to have\nExperience within Life Sciences, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food manufacturing or other process manufacturing environments would be advantageous.\nExposure to S/4HANA, EWM/WM configuration, functional support, SAP implementations, testing, UAT, training or requirements gathering would all be valuable, but we're not expecting you to arrive as an SAP EWM expert.\nWhy Tenthpin\nTenthpin is a Global Consulting and Technology Boutique dedicated to the Life Sciences industry.
