If you are an Appian developer who wants to sharpen your craft in a consulting environment and grow alongside a team that is building something - this role is worth a conversation.\nWhat You Will Do\nDay to day, you can expect to:\nDesign, develop and test Appian BPM applications - building process models, user interfaces, rulesand integrations that meet client requirements and Appian best practice standards\nWork closely with business analysts, technical leadsand clients to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable Appian solutions\nSupport integration work between Appian and other enterprise systems, using REST, SOAPand other API patterns\nContribute to data migration, security complianceand application deployment activities as part of a wider delivery team\nParticipatein Agile ceremonies, contributeto code reviews and supportknowledge sharing within the team\nWhat We’reLooking For\nYou are an Appian developer with solid hands-on experience and a genuine interest in growing your capability. Specifically, we are looking for:\n2-4 years of hands-on Appian development experience - ideally gained in a consulting, professional servicesor enterprise delivery environment - Appian experience is essential\nAppian Associate Developer certification (ACD101) as a minimum; Senior Developer certification (ACD201) preferred or actively being pursued\nSolid understanding of BPM concepts, workflow automation and Appian platform components including process models, SAIL, rulesand record types\nExperience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and familiarity with how Appian connects to other enterprise systems\nWorking knowledge of SQL and at least one other relevant language such as Java; comfortable working with data at the application level\nGood communicationand problem-solving skills - able to engage with clients and team members to clarify requirements and work through technical challenges\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery methods and comfortable working as part of a structured project team\nExperience working with New Zealand or Australian government and/or enterprise clients is advantageous\nNot an Appian developer yet?\nCandidates with strong hands-on experience in a comparable low-code, no-codeor BPM platform - such as Pega, OutSystems, ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Apps - are encouraged to apply. Where Appian experience is limited, we are looking for genuine platform depth, a track recordof delivering complex workflow solutionsand a clear appetite to cross-train in Appian.
