Teoxane has a total freedom of thoughts, action and innovation which makes the company unique.\nIn the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:\nMarketing Manager\nMain activities:\nDevelop and execute TEOXANE Poland’s local marketing and digital plan, translating global and regional strategies into effective local programs. \nSupport the distributor and field teams with impactful campaigns, clinic activation tools, and customer-facing materials aligned with business priorities (stock, launches, demand). \nDesign and deliver B2B and relevant B2C initiatives with clear objectives, timelines, KPIs, and post-activity analysis. \nStrengthen brand presence across digital, social, clinics, events, medical education, and relevant consumer channels. \nDrive KOL, faculty, clinic, and key account engagement in collaboration with Medical Education and field teams. \nEnsure all activities are medically aligned and compliant with regulatory standards for dermal fillers. \nManage the local digital ecosystem (social media, website, CRM, email, landing pages) and leverage digital and AI tools to improve content, performance, and execution speed. \nLead product launches and campaign execution end-to-end, including planning, delivery, and performance review. \nManage the marketing budget with strong cost control, prioritization, and ROI tracking. \nOversee agencies and vendors (briefing, negotiation, quality, timelines, compliance). \nMonitor performance (sales, market share, campaigns, competitors) and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives. \nDevelop high-quality, compliant content aligned with TEOXANE’s premium and scientific positioning. \nPrepare clear reports and business updates for local and global stakeholders.\nYour profile:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital, or related field.\nMinimum 7 years of experience in marketing, digital, or brand management roles.\nExperience in aesthetics, dermatology, healthcare, beauty, or premium brands preferred; HA injectable experience strongly preferred.\nStrong knowledge of the Poland aesthetics market (KOLs, clinics, key accounts) is a plus.\nProven ability to execute B2B and relevant B2C programs, digital campaigns, and product launches.\nSolid expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance tracking.\nGood understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in dermal fillers.\nExperience working with distributors, sales teams, medical education, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.\nStrong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to turn insights into business actions.\nHands-on, proactive, organized, and commercially driven, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. \nFluency in Polish and strong English communication skills required.\nIf you decide to apply for this position, you must read the Candidate Privacy Policy (Access to the link).
