improvement projects, and technical inspection and handover activities.\n\nMonitor utility consumption (electricity and water) and suggest opportunities for cost and energy optimization.\n\nEnsure compliance with HSE requirements, work permits, and safe working practices.\n\nReport recurring technical issues and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.\n\nCoordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted facility services and minimize operational disruptions.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.\n\n0–2 years of experience in Facility Management or Maintenance.\n\nGood knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.\n\nUnderstanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.\n\nAbility to read technical drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).\n\nBasic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.\n\nGood troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to
