applicable IEC standards.\n\nFollow up on production progress and prepare required reports.\n\nApply Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.\n\n3–5 years of experience in LV or MV Electrical Panel Production/Manufacturing.\n\nGood knowledge of LV/MV panels, switchgear, electrical drawings, and assembly processes.\n\nLean Manufacturing awareness and practical application.\n\nGood communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\n\nManufacturing background is a must, preferably in electrical panels or switchgear.\n\nSAP user is a
