requirements.\n\nCoordinate with Production and Quality teams to identify and resolve design-related issues and minimize rework.\n\nProvide technical solutions to production challenges and ensure designs are suitable for available manufacturing processes.\n\nModify existing designs based on customer feedback, technical changes, and production requirements.\n\nOptimize product designs to reduce manufacturing costs, material waste, and assembly time.\n\nStandardize components and assemblies to improve manufacturing flexibility and production efficiency.\n\nDesign replacement parts and mechanical components for existing plant equipment, considering local manufacturing feasibility.\n\nCoordinate with Planning, Production, Quality, and Procurement departments to ensure timely execution of engineering activities.\n\nReview technical drawings and BOMs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency before release to production.\n\nEnsure proper documentation and control of engineering drawings, revisions, and design changes.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, design efficiency, and manufacturing performance.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.\n\n4–6 years of experience in mechanical design and/or production engineering.\n\nMandatory: Strong experience in Autodesk Inventor, particularly sheet metal design.\n\nGood knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD.\n\nGood understanding of CNC laser cutting, punching, and bending processes.\n\nExperience in technical drawings, BOM preparation, and Microsoft Excel.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication
