supplier evaluation and final award decisions.\n\nManage supplier performance and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.\n\nHandle supplier claims, follow up on discrepancies, and ensure compensation or corrective actions where applicable.\n\nCoordinate with the Finance department to ensure timely supplier payments according to agreed terms.\n\nDrive continuous improvement in procurement processes, cost reduction initiatives, and supplier performance.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred).\n\nMinimum of 6 years of procurement experience, including at least 4 years specializing in sheet metal sourcing.\n\nStrong technical knowledge of sheet metal materials, fabrication processes, and manufacturing standards.\n\nProven experience in supplier management, sourcing strategies, and contract negotiation.\n\nStrong negotiation skills with the ability to secure optimal commercial and technical terms.\n\nExcellent understanding of procurement best practices within a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.\n\nmanufacturing sheet metal background is a
