岗位职责
1.负责所辖模块的端到端体验，覆盖交互设计、效果策略、评测标准定义与研发跟进
2.定义模块的成功口径与验收标准，对齐团队北极星指标。
3.输出 PRD与交互方案，推动算法、Harness、系统框架三方排期落地。 建立模块效果基线，与评测岗共同定义评测集与指标口径，按版本跟踪成功率与时延。
4.管理阶段范围，阶段内范围冻结后对新增需求完成评估与排期分流。
任职要求
1.3 年以上 C端产品经验，其中 1 年以上负责 AI 或 Agent 类产品，有可量化的指标改进结果。
2.熟悉大模型产品的能力边界与常见失效模式，能基于数据分布而非单个用例判断效果。
3.具备独立输出交互方案的能力，可完成信息架构与关键流程设计。
4.具备跨团队推动能力，能在无汇报关系的情况下协同算法、工程与设计完成交付。
5.表达清晰，文档结论先行，能在评审中完成取舍论证。
6.自驱力强，能持续使用真机验证核心链路并主动发现问题。
加分项
1.有语音交互、全双工对话或实时音视频产品经验。
2.有系统级 Agent或端侧模型相关产品经验。
