优化举措，建立成本管控文化。\n任职要求：\n1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业;\n2、5 年以上技术项目管理、FinOps、云成本优化或相关领域经验;\n3、快速的技术学习能力--能深入理解 AI 训练/推理技术原理（GPU 利用率、模型并行、推理优化等），并基于技术理解提出可行的降本方案;\n4、优秀的数据分析与建模能力，能从海量数据中提炼洞察、构建成本模型;\n5、出色的跨团队沟通与项目推动能力，能有效协调技术、业务、财务等多方利益。\n加分项：\n1、有推理服务平台 / 推理优化相关工作经验;\n2、有大厂云平台成本管理（AWS/GCP/Azure FinOps）或 GPU 集群管理经验;\n3、熟悉 Kubernetes、GPU 调度、资源编排等基础设施技术;\n4、有 FinOps Foundation 认证（如 FinOps Certified Practitioner）;\n5、了解主流 AI 框架（PyTorch、vLLM、TensorRT
