岗位职责

1、负责AI应用C端业务的移动端研发和团队管理工作;

2、负责App架构设计、性能优化、前沿技术探索与应用;

3、分析和解决重大疑难问题，排除各类潜在技术风险;

4、持续从技术角度提升App交互体验，保证App稳定性;

5、参与产品需求讨论、落地，保证项目研发进度。

职位要求

1、5年以上客户端技术开发经验（Android或iOS），3年以上技术团队管理经验，有能力及时发现并解决团队发展面临的各种问题;

2、有丰富架构设计经验，精通常用的设计模式，在数据结构、算法、软件设计等方面拥有扎实的技术功底，具有高质量的编码能力;

3、精通Android或iOS开发平台及框架原理，掌握客户端性能优化和网络优化等技术;

4、具有双栈（Android + iOS）开发和优化经验者优先。
