工作职责
- 负责语音大模型相关项目的整体推进与进度管理 ，协调算法、数据、工程等多方资源，确保项目按计划交付。
- 跟进语音大模型的研发进展与关键里程碑 ，推动模型从研究到可用版本的持续迭代。
- 支持模型研发过程中的数据需求管理 ，包括数据采集、清洗、标注及质量评估等环节的协调。
- 参与并推动 评测集的构建与维护 ，协助制定评测方案，持续跟踪模型效果并推动优化。
- 对模型效果、风险及技术瓶颈进行总结与汇报，支持技术决策。
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、电子信息或相关专业优先。
- 了解语音算法基本原理，对大模型（LLM / SpeechLLM）有基础认知。
- 具备较强的项目管理能力，能够在多团队协作中推动复杂技术项目落地。
- 具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力和跨团队协作意识。
