You will work with our largest customers to understand and solve their needs.\nYou're someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.\nYou will:\nCoordinate the delivery of our highest-value projects to customers worth millions of dollars.\n\nWork with the CEO to drive important business decisions\n\nOversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform\n\nEnsure execution under demanding timelines\n\nDiagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency.\n\nYou have/are:\nBackground in consulting, finance, startups, or other operationally intense environments.\n\nStrong analytical and communication abilities;
