The role supports operational, health and safety, cyber security, compliance, leadership, and role-based training initiatives by identifying training requirements, coordinating learning interventions, managing learning platforms, tracking completion, and reporting on compliance.\nThe incumbent will ensure employees have access to the required learning programmes, maintain accurate training records, monitor training effectiveness, and support the organisation in meeting legislative, regulatory, operational, and business competency requirements.\nOBJECTIVES\n1. MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB\nCoordinate, and monitor role-based, mandatory, operational, health and safety, cyber security, and management training programmes.\nAdminister and manage training campaigns through the KnowBe4 Learning Platform.\nLoad training programmes, assign learners, track completion, and follow up on overdue training.\nMaintain accurate training records, matrices, certifications, and learning histories.\nProduce regular compliance, participation, and completion reports for management.\nCoordinate training providers, schedules, training logistics, and learner communication.\nSupport annual training needs analysis and development of training plans.\nAssist with onboarding, induction, leadership development, and skills development initiatives.\nMonitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.\nSupport internal and external audits by ensuring training documentation is current and compliant.\nRequirements\n2. SKILLS REQUIREMENT\nExcellent planning and coordination skills\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills\nAnalytical and reporting capability\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\nCustomer-focused and solutions-\n3.
