We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.\nOpportunity Overview\nDuties of an Assembler are as follows:\nDirectly reports to the Rework Supervisor. \nEnsures circuit boards are applied with the specified rework soldering job types.\nEnsures the use of proper tools and equipment in the execution of rework processes.\nInterprets rework soldering Engineering Change Order through related databases.\nCollaborated with the team in the conduct of the various rework and soldering processes.\nMeet with the groups and personal operational goals and deliverables.\nConducts in-process, incoming or outgoing inspection.\nAll About You\nMinimum criteria for the position:\nCandidate must possess at least a vocational Diploma in Electronics, BS in Industrial Technology Major in Electronics, or any related course.\nHaving extensive soldering experience is an advantage (at least 1 year).\nStrong soldering concepts and skills for Printed Circuit Boards, Surface Mounted Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Components.\nMust have good manual dexterity to perform mechanical assembly and soldering operations.\nExperience in machine operations and knowledgeable in handling ESD.\nProficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc), and familiarity with internet base program navigation with ability to generate and interpret computer data.\nAbility to handle multi-tasking in a LEAN Production Environment.\nMust be able to speak, read and write English.\nWe are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\n\nWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
