Working under close supervision and following established procedures, the incumbent assembles components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.\nThis role is ideal for individuals beginning their manufacturing career who are eager to learn assembly techniques, quality practices, and production processes. Assembler 1 applies basic job knowledge and follows defined procedures to complete routine tasks while contributing to safety, quality, and delivery objectives. The role aligns with an entry-level position focused on learning professional concepts and applying basic problem-solving techniques within established guidelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform basic assembly and sub-assembly operations following approved work instructions and manufacturing procedures.\nAssemble components and products using hand tools, fixtures, and standard production equipment.\nFollow assembly drawings, visual aids, bills of materials, and standard operating procedures.\nInspect assembled parts and products to verify conformance to quality requirements.\nReport defects, material shortages, equipment issues, and process concerns to the appropriate personnel.\nAccurately complete required production documentation and records.\nMaintain compliance with ESD, safety, quality, and manufacturing requirements.\nSupport production schedules and team objectives to meet customer requirements.\nParticipate in 5S, continuous improvement, and workplace organization activities.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nWork cooperatively with peers, technicians, engineers, and supervisors to support operational goals.\nAll About You:\n\n We seek individuals who share our passion and determination.
