This role works from manufacturing instructions, drawings, visual aids, and established procedures to assemble, inspect, test, and package products while meeting quality, safety, delivery, and productivity objectives.\nAssembler is a developing-level contributor role that applies job knowledge and established procedures to complete assigned work, identify routine issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role aligns with a developing level that applies knowledge and problem-solving techniques to resolve routine issues while following established guidelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform assembly, sub-assembly, and integration of components, assemblies, and finished products according to manufacturing documentation and work instructions.\nRead and follow assembly drawings, bills of materials, standard operating procedures, and visual work instructions.\nConduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.\nOperate hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.\nIdentify and report nonconforming materials, quality concerns, equipment issues, and process deviations.\nSupport troubleshooting of routine assembly issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate production records and documentation.\nFollow all ESD, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.\nParticipate in continuous improvement, 5S, lean manufacturing, and productivity initiatives.\nWork collaboratively with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Materials teams to achieve operational goals.\nSupport training and knowledge sharing activities as needed.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nAll About You\nHigh school diploma, technical vocational certification, or equivalent experience.\n2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.\nAbility to interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.\nExperience using common hand tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nBasic computer skills for production transactions and documentation.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.\nDemonstrated commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.\nAbility to work while following established procedures and guidelines.\nWe are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.\nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\nWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
