We design and develop custom automated test solutions for critical, cutting-edge Defense and Aerospace technology. Our engineers are responsible for the full solution, guiding hardware design, developing custom software, and integrating the completed parts.\nIn this role you will:\nDevelop strategy to turn complex customer requirements into complete automated test solutions, including custom fixturing, cabling, and software\n\nPresent the planned strategy to internal and external stakeholders in standard design reviews, including System Requirement Review, Preliminary Design Review, and Critical Design Review\n\nCollaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to guide design efforts and ensure designs support the planned strategy\n\nDevelop custom software in C# to operate automated test equipment and fixturing\n\nIntegrate new software and hardware, debug and solve system issues\n\nDevelop Operator Interfaces using test executive environments like TestStand\n\nProvide documentation for the software you developed, including operator’s manuals and version description documents\n\nWork with a wide range of electrical technologies including high-speed digital buses, ethernet, analog signals, power systems and more\n\nDevelop primarily with C# but have some exposure to other languages such as C, Python, and LabView\n\nAll About You\nWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other related technical field\n\n5+years of experience in Application Engineering using Automated Test Equipment, Test Development Engineering, or other relevant experience\n\nStrong programming skills with C# or other object-oriented languages\n\nExperience with Visual Studio or other IDE and associated debug tools\n\nFamiliarity with Git or other source control tools\n\nAbility to troubleshoot electrical hardware using multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.\n\nExcellent technical presentation skills\n\nComfortable working full-time onsite, 5 days per week\n\nAble to support occasional travel, up to 10% or greater\n\nPrefer experience with test executive environments like TestStand and TestStudio\n\nPrefer experience with Spectrum 9100, Spectrum HS, or similar automated test equipment\n\nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\nWe are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.\n\nCompensation:\nThe base salary range for this role is $126,800- 202,200. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.
