In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that materials are available at the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nYour Impact\nAs our Change Agent, Optimizing Internal Logistics, you will identify opportunities for improvement, lead optimisation initiatives, and collaborate across functions to create efficient and scalable logistics processes. You will turn data into actionable insights and drive improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and flow throughout the organisation.\nYour Responsibilities\nDrive Process Improvement and LEAN Initiatives\nIdentify and eliminate waste across warehouse and material handling processes.\nLead continuous improvement activities using LEAN methodologies and best practices.\nImplement and sustain initiatives such as 5S, standardisation, Kaizen, and value stream improvements.\nOptimise Warehouse Operations Through Data\nAnalyse warehouse performance using KPIs, operational metrics, and business data.\nUtilise ERP and WMS systems to improve inventory management and material availability.\nOptimise warehouse layouts, storage strategies, picking routes, and replenishment processes.\nImprove Material Flow Between Warehouse and Production\nEnsure efficient and reliable material flow to support production requirements.\nReduce bottlenecks, waiting times, and excess inventory.\nCollaborate with production teams to improve supply processes and operational efficiency.\nLead Cross-Functional Improvement Projects\nWork closely with Warehouse, Production, Supply Chain, Planning, and Procurement teams.\nDrive implementation of solutions and ensure long-term adoption and sustainability.\nTake ownership of projects from analysis and solution design through implementation and follow-up.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are seeking a hands-on and analytical professional who enjoys solving operational challenges and driving measurable improvements.\nYou likely bring:\nExperience within internal logistics, warehouse operations, material management, supply chain, or process optimisation.\nExperience from a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nA relevant degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong experience working with ERP and WMS systems.\nSolid analytical skills and experience using data and KPIs to support decision-making.\nAdvanced Excel capabilities; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is considered an advantage.\nPractical experience with LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, problem-solving techniques, and value stream mapping.\nYou are fluent in English as well as Danish.\nWho You Are\nYou are a proactive problem solver who combines analytical thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
