This opportunity supports the CTD Software Engineering organization in driving efficient, scalable, and reliable software delivery practices across product development teams.\nOpportunity Overview:\nThe CI/CD Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and continuously improving Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes across multiple software engineering teams. This role partners closely with software developers, test engineers, DevOps engineers, program managers, and technical leaders to ensure efficient build, test, release, and deployment workflows.\nThe successful candidate will help drive software delivery excellence by facilitating release readiness, managing CI/CD governance activities, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting automation initiatives that improve quality and deployment reliability.\nCoordinate CI/CD activities across multiple software development programs.\nMonitor build, integration, testing, and deployment pipelines for execution status and compliance.\nFacilitate software release planning, readiness reviews, and deployment coordination activities.\nTrack and communicate pipeline health, release metrics, risks, issues, and action items.\nPartner with development and quality engineering teams to improve delivery efficiency and software quality.\nSupport implementation and adoption of CI/CD best practices, standards, and governance.\nAssist with maintaining documentation, workflows, release schedules, and operating procedures.\nCoordinate root-cause investigations for build and deployment failures and track corrective actions.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to increase automation, reliability, and deployment consistency.\nSupport configuration management, release management, and change management activities.\nWork with stakeholders to prioritize CI/CD enhancements and process improvements.\nCreate dashboards and reports that provide visibility into software delivery performance.\nAll About You:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.\n5+ years of experience supporting software development, release management, DevOps, CI/CD, or program coordination activities.\nWorking knowledge of CI/CD concepts, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.\nExperience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, Jira, or equivalent platforms.\nStrong understanding of source control, build management, automated testing, content merges across streams and deployment processes.\nExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.\nExperience creating metrics, dashboards, and status reporting for technical teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.\nFamiliarity with AI agents and skill is a plus.\n\nWe are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.\nThis position is not eligible for sponsorship\nCompensation:\nThe base salary range for this role is $105,300 - $168,500. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.
