We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.\nOpportunity Overview\nDevelop Power distribution solution and safety circuitry for building systems (AC medium voltage to DC lower voltage)\nPlanning and executing the hardware development portion of multiple concurrent instrument projects, from concept through production release\nCommunicating progress at appropriate levels of abstraction\nParticipating in cross-functional teams to develop architectures, systems design, and specifications for new products\nCustomer facing engagement with customers during projects ensuring alignment\nEnsuring that products are meeting requirements and are delivered on schedule\nMentoring other engineers\nWorking with other engineers on design and purchasing materials.\nWorking with technicians and field engineers to assist system startup.\nDesigning and reviewing SOLIDWORKS electrical drawings\nConducting market research and product evaluations when selecting components\nDeveloping and executing based on project budgets and timeline\nWork with the safety team to review safety designs.\nWork with Safety team on system certifications before releasing it to production\nWriting reports and presenting findings\nAchieving business results and company goals\nWorking with external suppliers to meet schedule\nDesigning Cable Harnesses for the system to work as intended\nSelect appropriate hardware to meet safety and system requirements\nAll About You\nWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. Experience in developing System manufacturing and testing equipment.\nTakes initiative, self-motivated, and drives to design, engineer, analyze and test medium complexity systems, subsystems, and parts.\nCommunication skills for effective influence with customers, internal teammates, and suppliers worldwide\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong technical writing and verbal communication skills\nKnowledge of electrical codes (Semi S2 and S8, NFPA, NEC)\nExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.\nPrevious Automation experience.\nUnderstand network, subnets and IP assignment.\nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\n\nCompensation: The base salary range for this role is $86,700 to $138,700. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.
