We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results. \n\nOpportunity Overview\nSupport failure analysis activities for field return products from intake through closure, including case tracking and documentation.\nPerform electrical, functional, board-level, and system-level troubleshooting to identify and isolate failures.\nAssist engineers in conducting testing, data collection, and validation activities during failure investigations.\nDocument troubleshooting results, observations, and test findings in standard reports and databases.\nSupport repair, rework, and verification activities in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.\nMaintain test equipment, laboratory tools, and work areas to ensure operational readiness.\nAll About You\nAssociate degree, Technical Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.\nBasic knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and test equipment operation.\nStrong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment to meeting project timelines.\nAble to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.\nCapable of following established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.\nAble to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities\nGood written and verbal communication skills for documenting and reporting findings.\nWe are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\n\nWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
