While other teams focus on deep expertise within individual applications, the Solutions Integration Team will focus on integrating capabilities across the Factory Applications portfolio to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions that solve complex customer challenges.\nIn this role, you will act as a technical leader, trusted advisor, and integration expert across multiple Factory Applications domains. You will work closely with product engineering, field applications, account teams, and customers to accelerate solution deployment, identify cross-application opportunities, and influence future product direction based on real-world customer workflows.\nServe as a technical leader for cross-application Factory Applications solutions and integration strategies.\nDrive adoption of Factory Applications across global field teams through enablement, training, mentoring, and best-practice development.\nPartner with product development teams to define requirements, validate use cases, and influence product roadmaps from a system-level perspective.\nIdentify and develop integrated workflows that span multiple Factory Applications products and customer manufacturing processes.\nLead technical engagements with strategic customers and provide expert consultation on solution architecture and implementation.\nCollaborate with peer application experts to combine deep domain expertise into end-to-end customer solutions.\nDevelop technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and reference architectures that showcase integrated Factory Applications capabilities.\nSupport key design-ins and customer deployments, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.\nAnalyze customer workflows, manufacturing challenges, and data flows to recommend innovative solutions.\nCreate and deliver technical presentations, training materials, and user guidance for internal and external audiences.\nBuild strong relationships with worldwide account teams, field engineers, product managers, and engineering organizations.\nTrack industry trends and emerging manufacturing technologies to identify future integration opportunities.\nRepresent the voice of the customer in new product development and strategic planning discussions.\nMentor engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional initiatives.\nAll About You\nWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. If you're ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.\nBachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.\n15+ years of experience in semiconductor test, manufacturing software, factory automation, or related technical fields.\nDemonstrated technical leadership in complex, multi-disciplinary engineering environments.\nStrong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and test workflows.\nExperience integrating software applications, data flows, and manufacturing processes into complete solutions.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with software development and automation tools, including Python, C#, .NET, or similar technologies.\nAbility to influence without authority and effectively lead cross-functional initiatives.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing technical presentations.\nProven ability to work independently while driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.\nStrong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.\nExperience with DevOps, workflow automation, analytics platforms, or factory integration solutions is a plus.\nKnowledge of Teradyne ATE platforms, semiconductor test program development, manufacturing execution workflows, and yield analysis is highly desirable.\n\nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\nWe are unable to provide relocation assistance for this position\nCompensation:\nThe base salary range for this role is $180,300 to 288,500. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.
