We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.\nOpportunity Overview\nOwn failure analysis investigations of field returns from intake to closure, including case tracking, status updates, customer communication support, and escalation management.\n\nPerform electrical, functional, board-level, and system-level debugging to identify root causes of product failures and customer-reported issues.\n\nDrive root cause validation through structured experimentation, data analysis, fault replication, and sound engineering judgment.\n\nAnalyze test results, diagnostic logs, repair history, and failure data to support accurate problem identification and resolution.\n\nPrepare comprehensive technical reports documenting failure symptoms, investigation activities, findings, and recommendations.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Support, and Field teams to resolve technical issues and improve product reliability.\n\nContribute to the development and implementation of containment actions, corrective actions, preventive actions, and continuous process improvements.\n\nInterface with suppliers and external laboratories for component-level failure analysis, advanced diagnostics, and validation activities.\n\n All About You\nMust be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses.\n\nMust possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to technical investigations.\n\nMust have a high sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability in resolving issues.\n\nMust be capable of leading or effectively interfacing with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\n\nMust have solid hardware troubleshooting and debugging skills at the board and system level.\n\nMust be able to interpret schematics, technical documentation, and test data.\n\nMust have good written and verbal communication skills for preparing technical reports and presenting findings.\n\nMust be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks and investigations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWe are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.
