We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.\nOpportunity Overview\nLead failure analysis of customer returns, systems and replaced parts from intake through documented closure.\nDevelop controlled reproduction tests to isolate root cause across hardware, firmware, process and environment.\nCollaborate with PQE, suppliers, R&D and manufacturing to drive containment and closed-loop corrective actions.\nBuild risk analysis from historical data, lot traceability, serial ranges and field population exposure.\nTranslate real customer issues into improvements in supply quality and manufacturing process.\nDeliver high-quality, customer-ready failure analysis reports with evidence, confidence and residual risk.\nAll About You\nWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination.
