This is a player-coach position who will work collaboratively with the team as well as independently to determine and develop imaginative, thorough, and practical application solutions driving market share and customer satisfaction.\nLead a team of 8+ Semiconductor Test Applications Engineers in our Teradyne Irvine location\nCollaborate with the regional Sales partners to develop and execute account strategies to win design-ins, increase market share, and customer satisfaction.\nEnsure oversight to guarantee technical, schedule, financial and strategic goals are met.\nDevelop, inspire, and lead a world-class team of semiconductor test professionals, and provide overall direction to the Team.\nRecruit, hire, manage, assess, support, and develop team members.\nProactively plan and develop future needed skills.\nIntegrate all technical resources needed for customer success.\nTrain and ensure compliance with policies and best practices within team\nBuild and sustain personal relationships with our customers’ key technical decision makers.\nAll About You\nWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position.\n10+ years of experience with ATE equipment, such as, Teradyne UltraFlex, UltraFlexPlus, Eagle, Advantest V93K, or other test equipment is required.\nA BSEE or related field or equivalent work experience.\nMust have strong programming experience in C#, C++ or Visual Basic. \nPeople-Oriented: A leader who values team development and fosters a collaborative and inclusive culture.\nPrevious management experience a plus.\nProven track record of managing complex semiconductor test program development with a large global team.\nExceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire the team while creating a highly empowered organization.\nStrong communication skills \nTo communicate effectively to customers\nTo communicate within the team\ncommunicate with Marketing, Engineering, and Sales management.\nAbility to travel 25% or more, domestic and international. \nPassion to win!\nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\nCompensation:\nThe base salary range for this role is $197,400 to 315,800. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set.
