This role combines technical leadership, customer engagement, people development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of Teradyne solutions.\nThe successful candidate will serve as a key technical leader, providing guidance to application engineers, supporting complex customer engagements, driving escalation resolution, and partnering with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Service teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of Field Application Engineers.\nEstablish team priorities, assign resources, and monitor execution against business objectives.\nDrive resolution of complex application, integration, and production challenges.\nPartner with Sales teams to support business growth, customer retention, and new product introductions.\nCollaborate with Product Development and Engineering teams to communicate customer requirements and market feedback.\nDevelop customer-facing technical strategies that improve adoption and utilization of Teradyne products.\nTrack and communicate key performance metrics, risks, and opportunities to management.\nFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nAll About You\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\n5+ years of experience in semiconductor test, automated test equipment, or related technical applications roles.\nPrior experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, or acting as a technical team lead.\nStrong technical problem-solving and troubleshooting capability.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to work effectively across global cross-region and cross-function teams.\nWillingness to travel as business needs require.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing or supervising technical professionals.\nDemonstrated success supporting strategic customers and complex technical programs.\nStrong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and automated test methodologies.\nExperience influencing business decisions through technical leadership and customer advocacy.\nThis role is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, lead complex initiatives, influence stakeholders, and guide professional contributors while delivering customer and business results consistent with Teradyne leadership expectations.\nWe are only considering candidates local to position
